Situated in San Francisco's historic Jackson Square, Lindsay and Chef Michael Tusk's Quince features a nightly tasting menu that highlights the seasonal bounty of Northern California. Chef Tusk was named “Best Chef: Pacific” by the James Beard Foundation in 2011. In 2012 the San Francisco Chronicle bestowed a fourth star to Quince. In 2016 Quince was awarded its third Michelin star, which it holds to this day. The cost of the tasting menu is $298. Quince requests all cancellations be made at least 48 hours prior to avoid a $298 per person (plus tax) late cancellation fee; this policy also applies to same day reservations. If we are unable to confirm with you, your reservation will be cancelled one day prior to the reservation at 5:00 pm. Due to the complexity of the menu, it may not be possible to accommodate all dietary restrictions. Please note, our menu relies quite heavily on shellfish and dairy-based ingredients.
Riccardo Michi comes from a restaurant Family in Milan established since 1943 called Girarrosto, one of the first Tuscan restaurants in town and still operating.After moving to the US, Riccardo opened Sonny Bono, IL Giardino Ristorante and Madeo Ristorante in Beverly Hills. In 1987 he helped his cousin Roberto Ruggeri open the first Bice restaurant in New York City. Since then, he has worked in the opening of many of the restaurants in the group. In 2002 Riccardo moved to Chicago with his wife Veronica to be the executive chef of Bice on Ontario.Finally Riccardo and Veronica, also a chef, decided to open their own place and in 2006 called Riccardo Trattoria. Considered by many to be the top Italian restaurant in town, receiving the Bib Gourmand from Michelin in 2011, 2012 and 2013.Now, Riccardo and Veronica have opened Riccardo Enoteca, right across the street from Riccardo Trattoria on Clark.

Marcel's by Robert Wiedmaier is DC's premier fine dining establishment for over two decades. During Covid we have been open and closed numerous times with very little notice and doing our best to keep up the times. We profoundly thank our customers who return everytime after we reopen, who have generously donated to our employee fund and purchased RW Restaurant Group gift certficates. One day soon, we hope to return driving you to Kennedy Center for their fabulous shows and concerts, hosting your private parties and work functions and seeing your maskless smiles. For the time being, we are open five evenings a week with limited capacity and offering a curbside three-course dinner.

For those casually dressed or last minute reservations (or walk-ins), we have walk-in tables set aside in our bar areas to accommodate. Baseball caps are allowed in our bars, but are not allowed in our dining rooms. Any type of cut off T-shirt is strictly prohibited.We accept walk-ins! (when available). Our full dinner menu is available at the bar. The bar is open until midnight to cater to the Charleston nightlife. We feature live music every night, classic jazz on select evenings and soulful sounds during our Gospel Sunday Brunch.
