Ingredients:

    1. Asparagus (about 1 pound)

    2. Avocado oil

    3. Sea salt

    4. Black pepper

    5. Small onion

    6. Garlic cloves

    7. Blue cheese (the secret ingredient)

    8. Vegetable broth or chicken broth (3 cups)

    9. Fresh lemon juice

    10. Sour cream (optional for serving)

Additionally, you will need the following kitchen tools:

    3. Blender or immersion blender

Instructions:

    1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
